C-iX Knife Mod+Wait Screen Installer

Requested by Pause, this went through several changes, hopefully you will like it, I thought it was cool, took me a while to get it right and make the installer/uninstaller.
The blade is Thunderstorm Clouds with lightning strikes and a gray glove with lightning and a gold handle.
I can't change the 3rd person view because of what they did with the last CB update, you've already seen the Wait Screen.
Installer incorporates both so you can install either one or both if you wish.
The Picture of the Knife of the "player" in the wall is actually the Pknife decoration from dfmed, other players will NOT see this, you can only see whatever is installed in your game.
