Cloud Nine Squad {C-iX}

Hey guys got a question. I'm entering in a contest for a company logo design. I wanted to see your opinions on this. I have very little experience with logos so I'm not sure if this qualifies, but I thought I'd try my hand at it. What do these look like?

I'd try to fit all of the text on one of the black doors closest to us. Reading the text is jarring due to the sharp contrast in background.
