20 hours per month? pfft. Grooveshark is the better option, in my opinion.

But I still think Pandora beats anything else out there, including Grooveshark, especially since the premium service is less than $40/yr. But you people in Europe can't get Pandora if I remember right. In Pandora, you can't actually listen to a specific artist or album - you instead pick an artist or genre you like, and Pandora will make a custom radio station for you, that you can fine tune yourself and tweak as you listen to it. You find all kinds of new music that way. I listen to Pandora usually between 6 and 8 hours a day, since I usually I have it running the entire time while I'm working (unless I decide to listen to Rush Limbaugh, instead).

And to be perfectly honest, there are times I just enjoy opening iTunes and listening to my own music that I've purchased (all legally), or have imported from my CDs. Having your own music library still does offer the most listening flexibility. =)
Research shows that one in three Clinton supporters are just as stupid as the other two.
