1) Don't try to outsmart Google's algorithms - they're smarter than you are.

2) If you don't have information, a product, or a service that people want, no amount of SEO knowledge will help you.

3) Meta tags for SEO purposes are useless.

Good tips. I heard rumors that Google updates their algorithms every 1/6 of a second (exaggeration).

They sure do. In fact, I heard they're making a new algorithm soon that injects forc :P :) :D :( ed smilies into :) every forum post just :( as a cruel joke. Dunno :mrgreen: if it will ever go into ac :?: tion or not?

Hey Zorro, will having just an XML sitemap be good enough for indexing or would one need to add a sitemap page to their website for better SEO?

Is having both better than just having the XML sitemap or will the XML sitemap alone suffice?

From my research it appears that XML sitemaps alone will suffice, unless you want to add in something I'm unaware of.

Any more SEO tips, Zorro? I'm hungry for some right now.
