Hey there.

For general talk about Cloud Nine / DF2.

Hey there.

I was stoked to see another Delta Force related site survived. I have been combing through the Wayback machine looking for remnants and lost DF2 treasures. Sadly there isn’t much left online. :(

Howdy.

There are a few scattered squad sites, and most of the big sites from back in the day are still up (DF Barracks, NovaHQ, DF Reload). 99% of community activity is via Facebook now.

s2d Bustin!!! Sup mate... I see you post on the DF2 Reunion page, I had no idea you fought terrorists in real life, that's awesome. :salut: I also enjoy checking out old DF2 sites on the Wayback machine, especially MapMakersHeaven. Oh, and does anyone know if TXP2 will ever be released?   Perhaps after Angel Falls.

TXP2 was “done” but not released. There were working copies a bunch of us had for trsting and map making. Unfortunately my DF2 harddrive died.

Blackcat, yes I spent a year in Afghanistan.

There were a few stages of "done."

When I first joined the TXP team, it was in beta stage. When Tomcat joined and helped Q figure out the 3di format, the vision changed. First it was a "fixed" DF2 with all the broken items fixed, then it was DF2 with items/terrains imported from DF1, DFLW, C4, etc., then we added new models and features. We revived the beta idea after a while and made some progress, but it slowed to a crawl and is now dead.

Bustin, I have backups of the early version I can send you.

Hey BM! Happen to have back ups go the forums mate? They were a wealth of knowledge.

I’d gladly take the most recent copy of txp2 that you have. :)
