I'm getting sick of this for $38 a month. Any suggestions, peeps?

Mine is $39.99/mo. Pause's monthly will likely go up after 12 months; that's what Charter did to me with their introductory pricing. You get used to budgeting so much towards your Internet service every month and all of the sudden the price jumps $15.
Marketing annoyances aside, if Charter is available in your area it would be good choice compared to that POC you have now.

Not bad butterball. Excellent ping (though your test server was closer than mine). I can get 100 mbps speed here for another $30/mo, if I remember correctly. Not that it'd be of much good though, since most servers wouldn't be able to keep up.

Don't worry butterball #2, it's still a promo. They'll bump you up to $40/mo by the time all is said and done.
