An interesting fact about spiders

You all know that spiders wrap up their prey in their silky webbing.

But do you know this?

Spiders inject digestive juice inside their prey. They wait for awhile and then come back to their food. They then suck the juice out, benefiting from all of the nutrients.

This came back to my head as I was writing an essay for my final AP exam. Good thing! Thinking of examples of organisms that do digestion outside of themselves is quite a difficult request for the brain to grasp!

I don't know, probably. I dissected a starfish a month or two ago and didn't learn anything.

I dissected a worm and learned nothing. However, I dissected a frog and learned everything.

The frog was so cool! Its tongue being connected at the front of its mouth was awesome!

I don't remember that, but I do remember the small section of ramen noodles inside. They seriously looked good enough to eat.
