Zorro's Résumé

I remember Zorro sending me his résumé a long time ago. I'm curious to see how much is has grown and what kind of programming / coding languages are in there now. I wish I knew everything there is to know about HTML, CSS, php, C++, blah blah blah. When I read programming or coding online, it seems as though the amount of information to learn is endless.

With this in mind, I ask you, Zorro, does the learning ever stop in the world of programming / coding for web development?

BM, are you pulling your hair out yet? Is Newborn still in Portugal and does Pause have a TI-89?

In the other thread you say you hate Wordpress. :?

I don't have a current version of my resume available since I'm not looking for a job at this time. In response to your question: no, the learning never stops. Each aspect of this industry is constantly evolving to reflect the changes in the consumer demand and in improvements to the underlying technologies. If someone in my profession chooses to stop learning and is content with their current skillset, their skillset will rapidly become obsolete.

The important thing is to correctly choose what skillsets to acquire, languages to learn, and frameworks to become familiar with. For example, many people in my areas of expertise are overly eager to adopt things like CoffeeScript, Node.js, and SASS, all technologies and scripting languages that I've purposely chosen to avoid learning, because I feel they're more of a trend at this time and don't see them having any long term production value for the type of work I do.
