Hey hey guys! That folder we were talking about is here and is available for download using the link below. This folder contains all the files needed to play the game without any installation. It includes: the 1.5 patch, 64 player patch, expansion map pack, VON/lobby fix, 1024x768 patch, and a few others. It is drop and playable on Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8 and confirmed reports of Windows 10. Some files may have to be downloaded depending on your .net framework and visuals, but this is completely playable. Only thing you have to do is download it, create your player and play, that's it. Be sure to lower your firewall or add an exception when joining a public server.
