Hehe, just saw that video a little while ago. Kudos goes to that dad, in my opinion. I wish more parents would discipline their teenagers like that.

In answer to your question... Yes, in most states we can use a firearm in our backyards, provided certain noise ordinances and stray bullet restrictions aren't being violated. Back when I lived in Arizona, you could actually go around town open carrying a handgun, no permit or license required (you you had to be 21 years of age or older to open carry a handgun, though). I used to walk into Wal-Mart all the time carrying a .40. In Arizona, the only places I couldn't open carry were places that served alcohol (I don't drink, but a restaurant for example), banks, and government buildings (i.e. post offices). Different states have different gun laws. But generally speaking, it's perfectly legal in the United States to do things like the dad did in that video.

You Know, Sometimes iam against the weapons law in the USA... But 1 thing im sure... u guys are lucky as feck for being able to shoot in the garden XD
