This thread was referring to my custom VPS where I'm hosting the cixsquad.com website. I moved it over to a Digital Ocean droplet and setup the hosting environment from scratch. I got sick of dealing with the Plesk crap on my other VPS. I don't trust my *nix knowledge enough to ever use a VPS I setup myself from scratch in a production environment, since I'm sure there's major security vulnerabilities I've overlooked (I'm not an experienced *nix administrator - it simply isn't my specialty). But this VPS is perfect for casual stuff like CiX, some brochure websites I'm hosting for friends and family, personal projects, etc.

Sorry for the recent downtime guys. My VPS had a few GPG security keys expire which screwed up the apt-get updates and caused MySQL to hiccup when an update failed. Should be fixed now.
